The elevator linkage board is mainly used for the joint work between the "building intercom system" and the "FCARD series elevator access control system". It is mainly responsible for collecting the door opening and floor signals sent by the building intercom system, and translating the data to the FCARD series elevator access control board to realize the demand of transporting visitors to designated floors.

FC-ED86 supports 1 group of USB communication port, 1 group of RS232 communication ports connected to the building intercom system, 1 group of RS485 communication port connected to the building itercom system, 1 group of RS485 communication port connected to the elevator access control board, 1 group of RS485 communication port connected to the upper level linkage board, 6 groups of elevators to the first floor and door opening signal input ports, 8 groups of floor door opening signal collection ports, and 1 group call elevator output port.

The elevator linkage board is mainly used for the joint work between the "building intercom system" and the "FCARD series elevator access control system". It is mainly responsible for collecting the door opening and floor signals sent by the building intercom system, and translating the data to the FCARD series elevator Access control board to realize the demand of transporting visitors to designated floors.

FC-ED86 elevator linkage board supports two linkage working modes: communication protocol linkage and floor signal acquisition. Communication protocol linkage mode, this mode is that the "linkage board" communicates with the host of the building intercom system through RS232 or RS485, and obtains floor instructions to complete the transfer of visitors to the designated floor. Floor signal collection mode refers to the direct collection of door opening signals given by rooms on each floor through the linkage board to complete the transfer of visitors to the designated floor. If the building intercom system supports protocol linkage, please select the protocol linkage mode, if not, you can choose to directly collect floor signals.

FC-ED86 support 1 group of USB communication port, 1 group of RS232 port which connected with Building Intercom System, 1 group of RS485 port which connected with Building Intercom System, 1 group RS485 port that connected to lift access control board, 1 group RS485 port which linkage with elevator expansion board of previous level, 6 groups signal input port of elevator to first floor and opened, 8 groups ports used for unlock signal collection.

1. Communication Protocol Mode:

Through Intercom (The building intercom communication port, A connect to A, B connect to B) or RS232 port connected with the mainframe of building intercom system, to receive the signal send by mainframe. Make the two lines of Elevator call port connect with the call button(is the button on first floor to call the elevator) signal line of first floor to help the guests call the elevator. Make the two lines of ED01 port connect with the detection line which on the elevator door at first floor, in order to let FC-ED86 know the elevator has been down to first floor and opened for guests comes, if there are many elevators that others detection line also can be connect to ED02...ED06 port (Maximum to support 6 elevators working together), if over than six,FC-ED86 expansion line will connect with each other by FRS485, one of the FRS485 port A and B will connect to RS485 of another expansion board (A link to A, B link to B), then put the FRS485 another port A and B of FC-ED86 expansion board connect to the main board A and B (A connect A, B connect to B), lastly, make the FC-ED86 and other device power on.


2. Floors' Signal Gathering Mode:

When using FC-ED86 as a floor acquisition board (set FC-ED86 as the acquisition board for a few floors), one board supports the acquisition of signals from 8 floors, so every floor greater than 8 floors needs to add a FC-ED86 board. They They are connected in series via the FRS485 interface, and up to 8 boards can be connected (to achieve the signal collection of the 64-story building door opening). Finally, these floor acquisition boards must be connected to the linkage main board through FRS485 (one of the FC-ED86 is set to main board mode), and the elevator call interface of the FC-ED86 board in main board mode is connected to the first floor call button (The elevator door on the first floor is used to press the button to call the elevator down) signal line to help visitors call the elevator.

Connect two wires from the ED01 interface to the door opening detection line of the elevator on the first floor to let FC-ED86 know that the elevator has reached the first floor and open the door for visitors to enter, if there are multiple elevators, then other elevator door opening detection lines can be connected to ED02...ED06 interface (maximum support for 6 elevators to work together), then connect A and B of the intercom interface of the FC-ED86 linkage board to A and B of the elevator access control board (A to A, B to B), and finally to FC- Power on the ED86 and other devices.


Notice

1. Must be put the Elevator main board installed in the management software completely before the Elevator expansion board used.Then connect the main board information with the expansion board by management software.After all ,the expansion board can be working with the main board.

2. If the building intercom supports RS485 or RS232 to transfer the protocol, you can use the “communication protocol linkage mode” to achieve linkage, and the agreement you can setting by yourself through our management software.

3. Elevator expansion board support called function(Elevator call port),which can be make the Elevator call to first floor,so that convenience to meet the guests.This line must be connected.

4. Elevator expansion board support 6 groups open detection function(ED01-ED06 port),it can connect 6 elevators by ED port,and through ED can detect the elevator has been at first floor,then the elevator can meet the visitors smoothly. Must be connect this line( the switching signal of zero-volt reply).

5. The board is support close delay settings, it is set to make the visitors enter into the elevator smoothly . Please adjust the time according to the distance between the door to the elevator .

6. Use the mode of gather floor signal,each expansion board support gathering 8 floor signal,over than 8 need to add a board,they are working by connected with RS485.Before use it ,please setting the floor parameters that each board need to responsible for.Floor port (Floor 01- Floor 08 port) accept is the Dry node switching signal ( the switching signal of zero-volt replays).
