Hello, we want to use TCP/IP communication way, however, it has too much access controller, does the product have requirements if using TCP/IP communication way?
Hello, you need to avoid the folling questions when wiring:
1、communication line and AC220V power cable need to wiring separated, and isolate them over 30CM. avoid to interferce with each other
2、Please according to the communication standard to make Network cable plug , otherwise, it will cannot be connected.
3、please set the IP address, IP address and administraction computer should be in the same network location, and IP need to have no conflict.
4、TCP/IP communication line should not be over than 100M.
5、Please use the regular cable, inferior cable will cause many problems.
6、If you meet problems when in adjust(access controller use TCP/IP comunication way), please solve according to the following picture.
