FC-898 series metal access controller is a product in the "Fcard Electronics" one door access controller series. FC-898E metal access controller is an independent access controller (hereinafter referred to as "access control") specially designed for electric door locks and the security system is designed to support 4 doors opening methods such as proximity card (EM card and EM compatible card), password opening, proximity card + password opening, and wireless remote control remote opening methods. Users can choose their own suitable door opening methods according to their needs.
Access control programming settings are carried out directly on the password keyboard, without a computer, and the operation is simpler. The access control keyboard self-locking function, the user can set the number of keyboard errors and preset the keyboard self-locking time, which can effectively prevent others from detecting the door password. Anti-dismantling alarm function, when the device is dismantled under working condition, the access control will start the alarm output and prompt sound.

Reset Key:
Press the RESET button and keep 2s, buzzer sound with one time means the management password, unlock keeping time etc parameters are restore to default value, unlock keeping timeis 5s. Then, press the RESET button with 5s, buzzer will sound two times, green light flashing. At the same time, the device are formatting the memory, all passwords and cards data will be deleted. the formatting time is according to the memory contents, short maybe some seconds, long maybe 2 minutes.
