First of all, please check whether your commands for (* + the administrator password + #, type in "20 + #+ read card") if pause for more than 10 seconds in the reading card, will automatically withdraw from the management status.
Second, please check if the card can be used normally. Thirdly, if the access control machine has reached 1000 users, it will not be able to continue adding cards.
