Hello, welcome to use our products, thank you for your support. If the FC-8100T face recognition access controller cannot enter the face recognition access controller interface, you can install the device by using a one card pass to initialize it. The specific operation method is as follows:
1.Automatic device search: Click the ‘Auto Search Device’ under the ‘Install Device’ menu in the software menu, select ‘TCP/IP LAN Communication Mode’, and click to start the search (pictured). After searching, you can double-click the device list to modify the IP.
2. Install the device: After modifying the IP, you can check the device that needs to be installed, click ‘install device’, enter the installation interface, modify the corresponding information and parameters, and click ‘install’ to complete the installation of the device.
3. After the installation is complete, click "Access Control Device", double-click the device to be initialized, and enter the device properties interface.
4. Click the "initialize" button on this interface to restore the factory settings. Note: The system password (ie software login password) needs to be verified during initialization, and the default is 0000.
