Hello, first of all, please make sure that the card has been issued successfully.
The latest remote control has four buttons, A button: wireless unlock; B button: electric lock arming. C button: disarm/unlock/stop alarm. D button: lock electric lock.
Press the C button of the remote control, put the card on the reader head and swipe the card, check if there is a beeping sound, if there is no response, replace the reader head.
