Hello, the door can only be opened with a legal card. Is the card not inserted? You can use the following methods to troubleshoot:
1.Please turn the card into a legal card and enter the management state: (0 + * + management password + #) Initial password: 1234, after entering the management state, the buzzer will sound and the green light turns on. Add a legal card (4 + 1 + #) and swipe the card on the device, if the card is issued successfully, the buzzer will beep.
2. Check whether the unlocking signal line is connected correctly and whether the line is abnormal.
3. Whether the power of FC-898E access controller is normal, and it cannot be lower than 9V.
