Hello, our FC-898E metal access controller supports the function of card plus password to open the door, the password can be changed as you want, you can achieve it by the following methods:
1. Enter the management state: (0 + * + management password + #) Initial password: 1234, after entering the management state, the buzzer will sound and the green light turns on.
2. There are two ways to open the door with card and password: 1: (4 + * + 3 + # + card reading) Swipe the card on the device, if the card is issued successfully, the buzzer will beep twice. The card can also be issued continuously, and the card can be swiped once in sequence, the additional password can only be entered when the card is read for the first time. 2: (4 + * + 4 + # + card reading) Swipe the card on the device, if the card is issued successfully, the buzzer will beep twice. Cards can also be issued continuously, and the card can be swiped once in turn, the additional password can only be entered when reading the card for the first time in night mode (start/stop night mode: 7 + * management password + # (initial password: 1234)
3. Modify the additional password of the card: After swiping the card and the password to open the door, enter (* + 1 + new password + #) while the green light is flashing
